Sims Play - Day 1 Ashley Virtual Life - Introduction

Hi, welcome to my virtual life. I always wanted to have a condo space of my own, but due to Covid-19 and the responsibilities at home, I cannot afford yet to buy my own condo. I am also not a fan of house loans so even if I have a money for down payment, I do not want to risk it until I can pay in cold cash. So while I am still in the process of saving up for my real condominium, and while uncertainties are happening due to Covid-19, I think virtually playing the life of Ashley can at least fill up the gap of the realities.

So, without further ado, here we start today, a story to what is happening to the life of Ashley, my virtual self.

I always dream of a shiny, lively brown hair, green eyes, nice nose and a pink lips. Ashley have a chubby face and I am okay with that compared to the skinny ones. This is the perfect face I could portray my virtual self.

Now meet Crico. He is my stuff dog toy in real life. So in my virtual life, we make him alive and make him Ashley's dog. And they love each other as if Crico is Ashley's real son. So they live together in the condominium that we bought for "free". Of course, in Sims, everything is possible and free.

Let me tour you to my simple condominium:

Here is my simple living room. 

Theme is white wall paint so the room will look spacious. White leather sofa, white coffee table with magazine, white fur carpet and simple modern flower jar. Wine section near the entrance door for wine sessions including an aroma candle. 

For entertainment we have the Xbox Console and white speakers. Book shelves for reading and making the living room as nook. Really Big TV so it would look like a movie house with good surround system. And lastly of course, a silver trash can. We do not forget to add greens as well to freshen up the environment mood.

Now let us go to the Kitchen:

Theme is still white like in Santorini. Refrigerator and cabinets are all white. Table and Chairs are white as well with white carpet. White Modern Stove with white sink. The microwave oven is my real microwave oven I bought last 2013. To provide green environment, we design small pots and aroma candle as well on the corner side. Looking at this setup makes me want this in real life.

Now let us look at the bedroom:

There you can see Ashley with her deep thoughts just like the real self. The bedroom is simple, still white theme, black and white carpet and bed, white cabinets, white computer table and chair. We might want to invest into a real big lampshade and a good plant for a good sleeping environment. And as we look at it, we do not have that much clutter in here. 

Lastly, the bathroom:

Theme is Santorini with the patterned tiles. Jacuzzi and a long powder table for makeup and a big mirror. This space should be as big as the room as well since we will stay here a lot when we do our makeup.

In condominiums, they put the washing machine as well in the bathroom, but we wanted to have a big space for both the toilet and bath and the laundry area as not to crowd ourselves when we stay in here.

And the toilet is near the bedroom door so when we wake up in the morning, it is easy to use. With a good lightning partition with the bathtub or the Jacuzzi. We may see that the door is transparent, that is because at night, I wanted to only light the bathroom instead of the bedroom light.

If in reality I can have a place like this one, I will surely be very happy. For now, let us keep it virtual first. We will get there soon.
